Benefits of Questionnaire:
$(1)$ Information on this technique can be easily obtained from a large number of individuals or individuals spread over a large area.
$(2)$ The facility of sending the questionnaire by post or e-mail saves both the time and money of the researcher.
$(3)$ Since the researcher is directly present before the respondent at the time of answering the questionnaire, the respondent can give his / her opinion by giving free answers without any kind of pressure or hesitation.
Disadvantages of the questionnaire:
$(1)$ The questionnaire can be used only by educated class respondents.
$(2)$ Questionnaires sent by post and e-mail are sometimes not returned by the respondent. So sometimes it happens that the questionnaire comes back with incomplete details or information.
$(3)$ Often respondents do not return the questionnaire on time.
$(4)$ It is difficult for the researcher to formulate questions with all the answers in the center.
