  • This fierce ideology called Naxalism originated in India in a village called Naxalbari in West Bengal.
  • With it’s beginning in $1967,$ in West Bengal, it has spread now in $(JOMKAT)$ Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgadh, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tripura.
  • There are two major organisations which work for this movement People’s War Group $(PWG)$ and Maoist Communist Centre $(MCC).$
