These are the stresses that we generate ourselves in our minds. These are personal and unique to the person experiencing them and are internal sources of stress. We worry about problems, feel anxiety, or become depressed. There are not only symptoms of stress, but they cause further stress for us. Some of the important sources of psychological stress are frustration, conflicts, internal and social pressure, etc.
Frustration: It results from the blocking of needs and motives by something are someone that prevents us from achieving a goal.
Conflicts: They occur due to incompatible needs or motives.
Internal Pressure: It results from beliefs based upon expectation lead to disappointment on most occasions.
Social Pressures: These are built up by people who make excessive demand on us. This causes even more pressure when we have to work with such people.
