(i) Open unemployment refers to the situation in which people have no work to do and unable to earn their livelihood. Disguised unemployment refers to the situation in which people work at a place where more people are working than actually required.
(ii) Open unemployment is clearly visible whereas disguised unemployment is hidden.
(iii) Open unemployment will affect the production of goods and services in an economy, whereas disguised unemployment won't affect the production of goods and services.
