  3. Water: Water is essential for life. It is essential to metabolise food. For healthy body, drink minimum 8 glasses of water a day.
  4. Minerals: They are inorganic substances, which are essential for body in formation of teeth, bones and blood cells.
  5. Vitamins: Vitamins are essential for the cellular functioning of body e.g. fish, meat, eggs, etc.
