Discipline:
Meaning: It is the obedience to organizational rules and employment agreement necessary for the working of the organization by both workers and management.
It requires good superiors at all levels, clear and fair agreements and judicious application of penalties.
Unity of command:
Meaning: The principle of unity of command states that each employee in an organisation should receive orders from one superior only and he should be responsible to only one superior.
It prevents confusion regarding tasks to be done.
