The country gets unskilled labour due to lack of education and training.
Their productivity is less.
The employment opportunity and choice are limited.
They get less salary.
If education ratio increase automatically productivity of labour is increased that results in more salary and low poverty.
That is why today's modern economist give more importance to primary education to reduce poverty.
