Answer
In 1920 J.B. Watson has established a theory for the diagnosis of psychiatry.
The theory was coined by Lindsay and Skinner in 1950.
According to Behavioral Therapies, mental illness is caused by poorly received education in life.
Re-education is therefore established to correct such erroneous behavior.
Behavioral therapy includes systematic anesthesia, biosynthesis.
Types:
(1) Systematic disinfection: This method involves a state of relaxation.
The visit here is stress relief training, arranging the anxiety in a series.
(2) Self-realization:
This is a powerful tactic.
In which the patient is made to experience the anxiety impulse or fear by putting it in a real situation and experiencing it directly.
E.g. People who are afraid of the dark are taught to face the fear by taking them to a dark place.
But this technique needs to be used very carefully.
(3) Selfish training:
This training seeks to strengthen a person's mind and increase his self-confidence.
The person is taught to express anxiety without showing aggression.
So a gentle person becomes firm.
(4) Symbol exchange method:
The patient is given symbols such as cards, metal discs in return for a certain type of good, desirable work.
When those symbols are collected, the activity of buying a work item etc. that he likes is done.
This method is especially used on children.
Which strengthens his behavior.
