(1) Sri Aurobindo Ghosh was the pioneer of the revolutionary movement in Gujarat. He Spelt his revolutionary ideas in the book Bhavani Mandir
(2) Barinderkumar Ghosh came to Gujarat in 1902 and spread revolutionary ideas in southern Gujarat, with the help of Chotubhai and Ambubhal Purant. They met Sakarlya Swami on the banks of river Narmada.
