Letters of Order, their Execution and Cancellation — SPCC STD 11 Commerce — Question

(1) Date and reference : It is important to mantion the date of placing an order and details of the goods ordered. writing order number or letter reference number will avoid any kind of missunderstanding.
(2) Related to transport of goods : The acknowledgementl Execution letter should mention the quantity of goods being dispatched and the mode of transport i.e. railways, Roadways etc.
(3) Apology for non-complience of an order : If the seller does not have suffcient stock f the goods required by the customer, the seller suggests substitude goods and show regret for not being able to fulfill order.
