Explain the terms sorting, blending and packing associated with tea cultivation.

(i) Sorting-It's a process of separating different grades of tea. The leaves are sorted out in various grades with the help of sifters with different size of meshes.
(ii) Blending-It's a process that gives a characteristic flavour to the brand.
(iii) Packing-It is done in plywood cases with a lining of aluminium foil.
