Answer

$ \left(8 x+\frac{3}{2} y\right)^2$
$=(8 x)^2+\left(\frac{3}{2} y\right)^2+2 \times 8 x \times \frac{3}{2} y$
$ =64 x^2+\frac{9}{4} y^2+24 x y$
$ =64 x^2+24 x y+\frac{9}{4} y^2$
