When a director wishes to leave his position at any time in his resignation, the written notice gives detailed information to the company's board of directors, and with the copy of this resignation informs the registrar within 30 days.

• The company also informs the Registrar of the company during the stipulated time and the board of directors reports this in the general meeting in their report.
• The resignation comes from the date the manager resigns from the date of receipt or on the date mentioned in the notice.
