When pigeons got trapped, they blamed the arrogant one whose advice they had heeded. Chitragriva told them to have courage and fly unitedly taking the net with them. He told them that unity accomplishes even the seemingly Impossible task. They flew taking up the net and were later released from it by Chitragriva's friend Hiranyaka who was the king of mice. Hiranyaka cut the net with his sharp teeth.
