To register a Indian LLP following is to be done:
- Apply for DPIN: Firstly apply for a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN), which can be done by filing e Form for acquiring the DIN (Director Identification Number) or DPIN.
- DSC:Secondly there is need to acquire the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
- Register: Register the same on the portal.
As such, all filings done by the LLP(s) are required to be filed with the use of Digital Signatures by the person authorised to sign the documents. - LLP name: Thereafter, entrepreneur need to get the LLP name approved by the Ministry. Once the LLP name is approved, entrepreneur can register the LLP by filing the incorporation form.
