$45 x+54 y=64 x=40 y $
$ 64 x-45 x=54 y-40 y$
$ 19 x=14 y $
$ \frac{x}{y}=\frac{14}{19}$
$45 x+54 y=64 x=40 y $
$ 64 x-45 x=54 y-40 y$
$ 19 x=14 y $
$ \frac{x}{y}=\frac{14}{19}$
