Minor of $\text{a}_{32}=\text{M}_{32}=\begin{vmatrix}5&8\\2&1\end{vmatrix}=5-16=-11$
Cofactor of $\text{a}_{\text{n}}=\text{A}_{32}=(-1)^{3+2}\text{M}_{32}=11$
Hence, the cofactor of the elements $a_n$ is $11$.
