Employees at all levels should be allowed to take initiative in work related matters. It does not imply freedom to do whatever people like. They must observe discipline. Encouraging initiative is likely to motivate employees to work better and harder.For example, every employee has a right to give suggestions about any matter of the organisation, if his suggestion results in cost/ time reduction, he should be rewarded.
