Management is an art of getting thing done through others. Top level management needs to get the work done from middle level and bottom level management. Resources, capital methods, market, machines etc. are also taken care of by humans Co-ordination is also done by humans Direction and controlling are also carried out by humans
Thus from the above discussion we can conclude that management is a human activity.
