India is a nation with plentiful natural resources (metallic and non-metallic). Nevertheless, these ores are unevenly separated due to fluctuations in geological compositions and certain physical means.Following are the reasons in support of the given statement:
Peninsular rocks: This rock holds most of the coal supplies, metallic crystals mica and non-metallic crystals.
Sedimentary rocks: In this type of rock the sediments of petroleum are found such as eastern and western haunches of the peninsula in Gujarat and Assam.
The vast alluvial plains: These plains are found in North India and almost devoid of mineral resources.
