सारसरस्वती means a river full of basic element. Here, the poet has used the word सरस्वती in two different meanings which indicates the power of word and miracle. $(1)$ सरस्वती means the goddess of learning and $(2)$ सरस्वती means the flow of river full of basic elements, which is one of the seven sacred rivers. The towns of Patan and Siddhapur are located on the bank of this river. "Bindu Sarovar" of Siddhapur is a part of the river Saraswati. The Saraswati does not merge into the sea like other rivers. It buries itself into the desert, therefore it is called maiden. Thus, the word सरस्वती is used in two meanings here which creates alliteration rhyme also.
