$=\frac{8}{12}+\frac{9}{12}+\frac{6}{12}$
$=\frac{8+9+6}{12}$
$=\frac{23}{12}$
$=\frac{2\times4}{3\times4}+\frac{3\times3}{4\times3}+\frac{1\times6}{2\times6}$
$($because $LCM$ of $3, 4$ and $2$ is $12)$
$=\frac{8}{12}+\frac{9}{12}+\frac{6}{12}$
$=\frac{8+9+6}{12}$
$=\frac{23}{12}$
