  • State government helps co-operative societies.
  • Society has to follow the rules and regulations of government and gradually it becomes dependent.

  • Difference of Opinion among Members :
  • Groupism, disunity, selfishness etc. arise and the objective of co-operative is marginalized. Party politics appears in election.
