$5\text{ from }\frac{-3}{5}$
$\frac{5}{1}=\frac{5\times5}{1\times5}=\frac{25}{5}$
$\therefore\frac{-3}{5}-\frac{5}{1}=\frac{-3}{5}-\frac{25}{5}$
$=\frac{-3-25}{5}=\frac{-28}{5}$
