In a business unit there are various department working together to achieve the pre-determined objectives of the firm. They all have to work in co-ordination to achieve the desired results For e.g. To increase sales more goods should be manufactured and to manufacture more goods more raw material is required and for more raw material more finance is required. Thus we can see that success is not possible until all the department work together. Which is only possible by co- ordination.
