Corpus luteum secretes progesterone which maintains uterine endothelium and mucus secretion in uterus, Fallopian tubes and vagina. Oxytocin stimulates uterine contractions but is secreted by posterior pituitary. Anterior pituitary secretes $GH$, whose oversecretion causes abnormal growth.
