$\therefore$ and quadratic equation is, $x^2-(\alpha+\beta) x+\alpha \beta=0$
$\Rightarrow x^2-0(x)-100=0$
$\Rightarrow x^2-100=0$
$\therefore \alpha+\beta=10-10$
$=0$
$\alpha \beta=10(-10)$
$=-100$
$\therefore$ and quadratic equation is, $x^2-(\alpha+\beta) x+\alpha \beta=0$
$\Rightarrow x^2-0(x)-100=0$
$\Rightarrow x^2-100=0$
