Question
What is the difference between perception and meditation?

Answer

‘Assumption’ means to establish a strong connection of mind in external and internal matter in a certain place. The instinct of the mind in perception should remain stable in the same subject for a long time.
In Dhyana, the seeker is aware of Dhyana (mind), Dhyana (mood) and Dhyaya (subject of mood).
Perceptions do not maintain the concentration of the mind on the subject, which is maintained in meditation. Thus, the difference between perception and meditation is that perception has the fluctuation of the mind with the concentration of the mind, while meditation eliminates the fluctuation of the mind.
