$ULFA$ harbours anti-foreigner sentiments and has turned to dangerous violent activities.
On the other side, Bodo Movement is pressing violently for a separate Bodoland.
Two organisations viz. National Democratic Front of Bodoland $(NDFB)$ and Bodoland Liberation Tigers Force $(BLTF)$ are involved in setting fire, robbery, attack and violence.
Few other tribes also follow these two organisations and resort to insurgency to protect their interests.
Some of the militant organisations in Assam and Tripura have established mutual relations.
