Question
Where are the sources of statistics?

Answer

  • Statistics can be obtained in two main ways:
(1) Primary statistical information is information that can be gathered by going directly to a given territory, by making direct contact with individuals, by asking them, by questionnaires or by fieldwork.
(2) The person conducting the study / experiment sometimes uses information prepared by someone else.
Information obtained from other sources is called secondary data.
