Question
Why are the classification systems changing every now and then?

Answer

If we increase our field of observation. we see a very large range of diversity every day. As we explore new and old areas, we keep discovering new creatures. There are millions of plants and animals in the world. We know plants and animals by their local names. These local names keep changing according to different places in the same country. If we do not find a method by which we can discuss about any living being, our knowledge will remain incomplete. In order to simplify biology further, to keep discovering other useful information related to increasing the scope of its importance, to collect information obtained from new discoveries and to conserve biological diversity, we have to change the classification system again and again.
By frequent changes the classification system can become more convenient and simpler so that a greater number of organisms can be included in it.
