Energy is the force behind all natural and human activities. We require energy from running a simple home appliance to running heavy machineries in industries. The use of energy resources is driving the wheel of an economy. Every sector of the economy, whether industry, agriculture or transport system, needs a heavy input of energy. All economic plans, industrial plans implemented from time to time require a good amount of energy to remain operational.
Energy can be generated from conventional and non-conventional resources. Conventional sources include firewood, cattle dung cake, fuel minerals, like coal, petroleum and natural gas and thermal and hydro electricity. Non-conventional sources for generating energy include solar, wind, tidal, geothermal, biogas and atomic energy.
