A teacher has also a prominent position among the eight professionals who are engaged in the welfare of the human being. A teacher is considered as a form of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. He imparts knowledge, cultivates cultutre and makes the emtire society civilized and educated. He imparts knowledge to students without any sort of dscrimination. Therefore Chanakya has rightly said, 'शिक्षक कभी साधारण नहीं होता, उन्नति और प्रलय उसकी गोदमें पलता है।' Thus by working very hard, a teacher developes the hidden talent of students, he shapes up their careers and personality and developes differnet qualities in them. Therefore it is rightly said, 'आचार्य देवो भव'.
