(b) Negative Impacts :
(i) A large number of small producers and workers have faced great problems. They have been hit hard due to competition. Several units have shut down rendering many workers jobless.
(ii) Globalisation has not achieved balanced growth. Most of the investment has been made in big cities and rural areas have been ignored.
