2. Signature: The share certificate should have the signature of 2 administrators and the signature of the secretary or the authorized person appointed.
3. Joint shareholders: If more than one person jointly shares, not everyone is given a separate certificate; But the names of the joint shareholders should be shown on the joint share certificate along with the name of the first shareholder.
