The following Fundamental Rights have been incorporated in the Indian Constitution and given to the citizens
(1) Right to equality (2) Right to freedom (3) Right against exploitation (4) Right to freedom of religion, (5) Cultural and educational rights and (6) Right to constitutional remedies.
Please note that the Right to Private propertyceased to be a Fundamental Right in 1978 by a constitutional amendment. Today it is merelya civil right.
