Literature which contains non-religious content is called Non-religious literature. It includes poems, dramas, accolades (prashastis), grammar texts and smritis.
$(1)$ Smriti texts : Manu Smriti, Yagnavalkya Smriti, Narad Smriti, etc. are famous Smriti texts.
$(2)$ Plays and Epics : Abhigyanshakuntalam, Raghuvansham, Meghadootam, Kiratarjuniyam, Swapnavasavadattam, Mrichchhakatikam, etc. are the famous plays and epics in Sanskrit language.
$(3)$ Sangam literature : The special literature of Southern India is known as Sangam literature. In it, the heroic poems - Shilappadikaram and Manimekhalai are the main poems.
The great grammarian Panini composed a Sanskrit grammar text ‘Ashtadhyayi’.
In Gupta age, Citation poetry of kings were composed. Among them, ‘Prayag Prashasti’ by Harisena and ‘Harshacharitam’ by Banabhatt are the main poems.
