If $k$ is conductivity and $\wedge_m$ is molar conductivity then, $\wedge_m=\frac{\kappa \times 1000}{C}$ Unit of molar conductivity is, $\Omega^{-1} cm ^2 mol ^{-1}$ or $S cm ^2 mol ^{-1}$.
