Question 522 Marks
Very-Short and Short-Answer Qustions:
If $\cos\text{B}=\frac35$ and $(\text{A}+\text{B})=90^\circ,$ what is the value of $\sin\text{A}.$
Answer
Given, $\cos\text{B}=\frac35$$\text{A}+\text{B}=90^\circ$
$\Rightarrow\text{B}=90^\circ-\text{A}$
$\Rightarrow\cos\text{B}=\cot(90^\circ-\text{A})$
$\Rightarrow\cos\text{B}=\sin\text{A}$
$\Rightarrow\cos\text{B}=\sin\text{A}=\frac35$
