It is about a father's concern about his son's studies.
It is highly satirical. Father instructs him not to read The Laws Against Child Labour', and on the other hand he is forcing him to do homework of different subjects. The cartoonist points out that doing homework all the time is nothing but child labour.
A cartoon is a serious satire on the pressure of homework on a child. It is nothing less than child labour. The child does not come out of the drudgery of homework and get time to play and enjoy his childhood.
There are three peoples in this cartoon. The boy has foresed to do homework and a serious strious on own mindi, father’s concern about his son’s studies for all and his grand father saw, they both of like this boy and his father’s situation.
