Political factors:

Thousands of Asians have been deported to the UK as regimes in Kenya and Uganda have been overthrown. And migrated to other countries.

The quality of the country's population is determined on the basis of literacy.
Factors like economic development of the country, standard of living, social status of women, educational facilities, government policy etc. affect literacy.
The literacy rate is an indicator of progress.
It is an indicator of human development and quality of life.
India's literacy rate is 74.04%.
At present male literacy is 82.14% and female literacy is 65.46%.
Kerala has the highest literacy rate of 94% and Bihar has the lowest literacy rate of 61.8%.
The literacy rate in 16 states and 7 union territories of the country is higher than the national average.
The literacy rate in the country is higher than the national average.
The literacy rate in the country varies in urban areas, rural areas, and different social and religious groups.
Literacy is a crucial factor for a country's democracy.

Explain the structure of rural population and urban population in India.

Answer

68.84% of the total population of the country lives in villages and 31.16% of the population lives in cities.
The highest rural population is 90.21% in Himachal Pradesh.
Bihar and Assam also have special rural populations.
In Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra etc. the proportion of rural population is 72.21% less than the national average.

Urban population: The rate of urbanization has increased 11 times during the last century.

In urban population, Goa ranks first with 62.17% and Mizoram second with 51.51%.
Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Punjab, Haryana etc. have higher urban population than the national average.
While in Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Tripura, Rajasthan etc. the urban population is less than the national average of 27.82%.
