Human beings can get rid of the tendency of fear and aggression by living a religious life.
Religion makes man fearless. The one who is fearless has no fear. The root of violence and aggression is in danger.
If a person attains fearlessness through religious life, then the virtues of non-violence, truth, love, peace etc. shine in his life.
If this goal of religious life is fully achieved, it can be said that human beings have reached the level of 'God' or 'God'.
Thus, the high of religious life is to worship ‘Divine Element’, ‘Ishwar’ or ‘Paramatma’.

Knowledge, devotion and policy cannot be achieved without asceticism. Thus asceticism also becomes an essential part of religious life.
