Answer
Scope prediction is indispensable for establishing rules in any science. The universal statement is established by generalization based on the observation of specific facts in the scope.
Definition of scope: Invariable means the constant association of one thing with another thing. A universal statement introducing the rule that ‘where there is one thing there is also another thing’ is called ‘scope’. For example, where there is smoke, there is fire.
$1.$ Nitya Sahacharya: Any rule is accepted as a universal rule only when that rule is universally followed. That is, if there is a single instance of violation of universal law, then that law cannot be called universal law.
Thus, universal law is followed without any exception.
Scope is introduced as a universal rule. Hence the relativity is an irrevocable relation. For example, "Where there is smoke, there is fire."
This universal rule can only be introduced if there is not a single instance where smoke is present and yet fire is not present.
One consequence of this scope is that the interaction of smoke with fire is infallible. Hence this association is called 'Nitya Sahacharya'.
$2.$ Avinabhav relationship: If the existence of one thing is not possible without some other thing, then in the language of jurists, it is said that it is the 'Avinabhav relationship' of one thing with that other thing.
Avinabhav relationship means that one thing never exists in the absence of that other thing.
‘Smoke has an inseparable relationship with fire’ means that the existence of smoke is not possible in the absence of fire.
Abhinavabha relationship is the basic condition of the pervasive relationship that is presented as an absolute rule.
