Type 'C' Personality: The individuals with this type of personality have pleasing and appeasing nature. They are unable to express their emotions specially anger. They are able to suppress their emotions efficiently.
Type 'D' Personality: The individuals with this type of personality usually suffer from high degree of distress. They persistently suppress their feelings.
