In today's world of sports, injuries are the part of athlete's career. There are lots of reason to be injured but lack of stability or equilibrium is also a cause of sports injuries. During practice session and competitions, athletes get injured due to wrong technique, slippery surface, low friction, instability. At present, through the study of mechanics, coaches can correct wrong techniques, improve efficiency of body movements which can prevent sports injuries. Static and dynamic equilibrium allows player to play sports fearlessly and achieve optimum result.
