  • Countries that cannot establish their own sovereignty at this time or the member states of the United Nations have taken responsibility for the administration of the organization.
  • The member states (countries) and the organization in charge of this administration have to act as "guardians".
  • Functions: These guardians have to work for the sovereign states and in that direction so that the institutions under them can achieve self-government quickly and these institutions can achieve independence.
  • Parenting Committee: The Parenting Committee consists of the following members.
1. Two member states administering the organization.
2. Permanent member of the Security Committee from the States in which they do not administer the organization.
3. The member states which elect the General Assembly to this Committee for three years.
  • The Parenting Committee meets every year.
  • The report of the organization is assigned to the parenting committee by each parent.
  • The committee visits the site and reviews the work done by the member states.
