Answer
Nur Jahan is one of the most important characters in the history of Mughal history.
The marriage of Jahangir and Noor Jahan was an important event in Mughal history.
With the death of Nurjaha's father in $1622,$ there was no one left to control his ambition and lust for power.
During the last five years of his career, it was completely under the control of Emperor Jahangir.
Even after the death of Jahangir, he made efforts and rhetoric to remain in his own hands forever.
In $1622,$ Shah Abbas of Iran captured the fort of Kandahar from the Mughal subedar.
So Noor Jahan suggested to Jahangir to send a large army under the leadership of Shah Jahan to get it back. But Shah Jahan understood Nur Jahan's game of sending him out of India so he refused to go to Kandahar. And rebelled against the father.
The Iranians conquered Kandahar.
Thus the Mughals lost Kandahar forever.
Jahangir was comfortable and addicted.
The entire state was ruled by Noor Jahan.
The military system was handled by Prince Khurram.
After Jahangir, Noor Jahan married Prince Khurram to his third Mumtaz Mahal in order to maintain his dominance in the Delhi court forever.
Khurram's popularity soared with his victories in Mewar, the South and Kangra.
So naturally Noor Jahan began to worry.
He married his daughter to Shahriar, another Sahajal of Jahangir.
She wanted to keep her power under her lips by giving her a cushion. But not a single innings of Noor Jahan was successful.
After Jahangir's death, Shah Jahan came to the throne and Nur Jahan retired from politics.
