In the Legislative Assembly, at the time of questioning, any legislator can ask questions on pre-determined topic, give instruction and present their own opinion or belief.

• After that, concerned ministers of that department answer the asked questions and give clarifications that necessary steps are being taken. They also give the guarantee to the house to resolve the questions.
• Legislators can ask questions to ministers or even the Chief Minister through the Speaker.
