How many solutions does the linear equations $2 x+y-3=0$ and $6 x+3 y=9$ have ?

Answer

$2 x+y-3=0 $
$\text { and } 6 x+3 y=9$
$\therefore 6 x+3 y-9=0$
Divide by $3$, we have
$2 x+y-3=0$ which is same as equation $(i)$
So they have infinite solutions
