What is the difference between a nucleoside and a nucleotide?

Nucleoside = Sugar + Base

On the other hand, all the three basic components of nucleic acids (i.e., pentose sugar, phosphoric acid, and base) are present in a nucleotide. Nucleotide = Sugar + Base + Phosphoric acid
